RETURNS
The Ordering Party may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons by submitting an appropriate declaration in writing within ten days from the date of delivery of the goods. To meet this deadline, it is enough to send a declaration before its expiry.
If a decision is made to withdraw from the contract, the Ordering Party should return the parcel, duly packed, within 14 days of receiving it. Such shipment is made at the expense of the Ordering Party.
Returns are only allowed for unused goods (not showing any traces of use) and in the original packaging, if the goods were in the packaging. The goods cannot be returned if the Ordering Party has removed the packaging (e.g. the foil protecting the display) or the seals securing the goods.
An invoice must be attached to the returned goods.
If all of the above the conditions for returning the goods are met, the refund in the amount of the price of the returned goods (delivery costs are not refunded) will be made within 7 business days from the date of our receipt of the returned goods, by making a transfer to the account indicated by the Ordering Party.
