GENERAL PROVISIONS
The seller and owner of the RcHubiQ.eu website is:

The RcHubiQ.eu online store conducts mail order sales of electronic equipment and accessories.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASING
Orders are accepted 24/7 via the RcHubiQ.eu website.
Orders may be placed by natural persons with full legal capacity, legal persons and other organizational units conducting business activities.
CONDITIONS FOR PLACING AND COMPLETING AN ORDER
The basic condition for making purchases is to correctly place the order on the store's website, select the payment method and send the selected product or products. After placing the order and registering, the customer receives an e-mail with the content of the order or registration data and a link, clicking which confirms the order or registration.
The order fulfillment procedure starts immediately after receiving the order confirmation - in the case of the selected form of payment "cash on delivery" or after the payment is recorded - in the case of prepayment to the account of PHU "AMADEX" Michał Woźniak.
All prices in the store are given in Polish zloty and include applicable customs duties and VAT (23%). The price shown on the goods is not binding at the time the customer places the order. The store reserves the right, under special conditions, to adjust the prices of goods on offer before executing the order. Such correction will be agreed each time with the client.
Generally, 1 piece of each product is available. In order to determine whether it is possible to place an order for a larger quantity of a product or products, the customer should contact the store before placing the order.
Basically, a fiscal receipt is issued for each order. If the ordering party wishes to issue a VAT invoice as a purchase document, he or she is obliged to select the appropriate option when placing the order. Legal persons and other organizational units conducting business activities are obliged to provide their NIP number in the form in order to receive a VAT invoice.
Purchased goods are delivered only to the address indicated in the order form. Any change of the delivery address is only possible before the goods are shipped to the ordering party. To change the address, please send an e-mail to the store with appropriate information.
The orderer is obliged to collect the shipment.
If the parcel is returned to the sender after an unsuccessful attempt to deliver it to the address indicated in the order form, re-sending the goods will only be possible after paying the fee for the returned goods by bank transfer (prepayment to the store's account).
The shipped goods remain the property of the store until full payment is made.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME
Buyers are informed about any change in the order status by e-mail to the e-mail address provided during ordering or registration. In the case of shipment via the "DHL" courier company, it is possible to track the shipment on the "DHL" website.
Order fulfillment for most goods takes on average 2-3 business days, including delivery of the shipment by courier, from the moment the order is confirmed or the funds are transferred to the bank account of PHU "AMADEX" Michał Woźniak in the case of prepayment as a form of payment. The delivery deadlines for individual goods are included on the product card and indicate the time interval from the moment of order confirmation to its delivery to the customer via the "DHL" or other courier company. If you choose transport via Poczta Polska, the order processing time may be extended to 7 business days.
The RcHubiQ.eu online store reserves the right to cancel orders if the ordering party has chosen "prepayment" as a form of payment and the full amount due is not settled within 7 days from the date of placing the order.
Delivery times given are approximate. The store is not responsible for delays caused by the negligence of the transport company.
We make every effort to ensure that information about the availability of goods is always up to date, but in special cases of sudden changes in the availability of goods in the warehouse and from our suppliers, these dates may change. In such cases, the customer is informed via e-mail about the expected order completion date. If the delivery date we provide differs from that indicated on the product card, the buyer may cancel the order.
If the order includes a larger number of items, some of which are temporarily unavailable, the customer is informed about the expected date of availability of individual items and is asked to decide how to complete the order (partial implementation, extension of the order processing time or cancellation of the entire order).
PAYMENT METHODS
The payment methods used for orders from natural persons, legal persons and other organizational units are:
- payment to the courier or postman upon receipt of the parcel ("cash on delivery"),
- prepayment - payment by transfer to the account of PHU "AMADEX" Michał Woźniak.
- online payments - a form of electronic payment operated by PayU SA - a national payment institution, based in Poznań, at ul. Grunwaldzka 182, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000274399.
- card payment (Visa, Mastercard) - each card payment transaction is securely authorized by PayU SA (which may take a while). Once payment is confirmed, the order is processed.
The maximum value of goods that we can send using Poczta Polska is PLN 2,000 gross,
In the case of orders with values higher than PLN 5,000 gross, we reserve the right to require prepayment for the ordered goods.
RETURNS
The Ordering Party may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons by submitting an appropriate declaration in writing within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods. To meet this deadline, it is enough to send a declaration before its expiry.
If a decision is made to withdraw from the contract, the Ordering Party should return the parcel, duly packed, within 14 days of receiving it. Such shipment is made at the expense of the Ordering Party.
Returns are only allowed for unused goods (not showing any traces of use) and in the original packaging, if the goods were in the packaging. The goods cannot be returned if the Ordering Party has removed the packaging (e.g. the foil protecting the display) or the seals securing the goods.
An invoice must be attached to the returned goods.
If all of the above the conditions for returning the goods are met, the refund in the amount of the price of the returned goods (delivery costs are not refunded) will be made within 7 business days from the date of our receipt of the returned goods, by making a transfer to the account indicated by the Ordering Party.
COMPLAINTS
All goods purchased in our store are covered by a quality guarantee. If, after receiving the shipment, the buyer discovers technical defects or damage during transport, he or she may file a complaint about the purchased goods.
The goods must be returned by post within 14 days of receipt. The store does not accept cash on delivery shipments.
The returned shipment must be accompanied by the received VAT invoice and a letter specifying the reason for the complaint. This letter should also include the account number to which the refunded money is to be transferred.
The store undertakes to replace the product with a full-value one and refund the costs incurred by the buyer for returning it. If the product cannot be replaced, the store will refund the money to the account indicated by the buyer immediately after considering the complaint. The costs incurred by the buyer in returning the defective product will also be reimbursed.
DISCLAIMER
The RcHubiQ.eu online store is not responsible for failure to complete the order due to reasons beyond its control, e.g. malfunction of the Internet or sudden exhaustion of warehouse stocks at suppliers.
The RcHubiQ.eu online store is not responsible for orders placed by third parties using the e-mail address and password of the user of our website.
The RcHubiQ.eu online store is liable only up to the amount of the order and is not responsible for any damage resulting from the lack of execution of the order or its improper execution.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The RcHubiQ.eu store guarantees its contractors the protection of personal data in accordance with applicable law, i.e. in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended .). The ordering party's data will be used only for the purpose of fulfilling orders and sending advertising materials if consent has been given to receive advertising materials, and will not be passed on to third parties or companies. The method of storing them will prevent access to them by unauthorized persons.
Each contractor has the right to view and correct his/her data.
FINAL PROVISIONS
In matters not regulated by these regulations, the applicable provisions of the Act of July 27, 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended) as well as the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

ATTENTION!
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to contracts:
1. for the provision of services, if we have fully performed the service with your express consent;
2. in which the price of the Goods depends on fluctuations in the financial market, over which we have no control and which may occur before the deadline to withdraw from the contract;
3. in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to your specifications or intended to meet your individual needs;
4. in which the subject of the service is an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life;
5. in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery;
6. in which the subject of the service are items which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other items;
7. in which the subject of the service are alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon when concluding the sales contract, and whose delivery can only take place after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations over which we have no control;
8. in which the subject of the service are sound or visual recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery;
9. for the supply of digital content that is not saved on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service began with your express consent, before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract.
